40 years ago, we had our honeymoon at the resort. Thru-out the 70’s and 80’s, we returned with family and friends. Then, the resort and the grounds became dirty, and not maintained. The fishing area became unfishable. We went elsewhere.
For “old time sake” I returned to the resort this July. The morning I left, I had my coffee, looked over the grounds, and the fishing piers and smiled to myself. I was BACK, 40 years ago. The rooms are ultra-clean and well maintained again. The grounds and fishing area are clean and inviting. The owners are cheerful and helpful.
Thank you for bringing back wonderful memories. I will return.

Clean and comfortable with very nice furnishings. There are connecting rooms which are great for families. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. Montello is a nice place to explore. Quiet, off the beaten path. Management was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Rates are great. Would definitely recommend Bayview. Good basic accommodations for hunters.

Under new ownership and what a difference. Newly remodeled. Clean, quiet, small and on a lake. Beautiful park like setting and fishing was good too. Took a chance not knowing much about the place but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. we will be back.
